Trimix Diver is the ultimate open circuit technical diving course. The advanced trimix training course trains divers on how to plan, organize and execute dives safely and proficiently up to 100m. The training will introduce divers to hypoxic trimix gases, multiple stage and decompression gas management and diving techniques.
Duration 5-6 days.

Pre-requisites:

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Must be certified as Normoxic Trimix or equivalent.
• Must have proof of 200 dives, of which 25-30 dives are in the 42-60m range.
• Demonstrate satisfactory experience with specific diving equipment such as a DPV and/or drysuit.

Skills and Training:

1. Dive planning using decompression tables or dive computers.
2. Proper use of 2 x stages & 2x decompression cylinders for carrying and switching gases.
3. Buoyancy control and ascent techniques in staged decompression.
4. Managing emergencies and handling equipment failures during decompression dives.

Equipment: Focuses on the use of back mounted double cylinders, stage cylinders, decompression cylinders, primary light & dry suit. Teaches gas switching procedures and advanced equipment configuration & management.

Depth limit: 80-100m.
